Gospel Music Concert

Hilltop Chapel is excited to launch a new Concert Series at our Family Life Center! Throughout the year, we will be hosting outstanding Christian artists for evenings of worship, encouragement, and fellowship. Watch for additional concert announcements coming soon.

An offering will be received to help cover expenses, and concessions will be available during the event. 

Souls Harbor is a Southern Gospel trio based in Southeast Michigan. The group consists of:

• Ron Brown – Baritone

• David Brown – Tenor/Lead

• Joy Brown – Lead

Ron and David began singing together in the early 1990s as part of the family group Tri-State Quartet. After several years of traveling ministry, the group concluded when Ron’s brother felt called to full-time pastoral ministry.

In 2000, Souls Harbor was formed. Over the years, various singers filled the tenor position until David married Joy in 2005. Shortly afterward, Joy joined the group — and this has been the trio you know today.

In recent years, Souls Harbor has expanded their ministry nationally, releasing songs to radio and seeing multiple songs charted by DJs across the country. In addition to ministering in churches and events throughout the region, they have appeared at the National Quartet Convention Artist Showcase, Dollywood’s HarvestFest, Biblical Times Dinner Theater, and the God and Country Theatre.

Souls Harbor has also been instrumental in promoting Southern Gospel music in Southeast Michigan. For over 20 years, they have brought groups such as:

• The Mark Trammell Quartet

• The Whisnants

• Greater Vision

• Tribute Quartet

• The Perrys

…and many others to our area.
